MAINLAND STUDENT ARRESTED WITH TOY GUN AT SCHOOL

On Wednesday, a 15 year-old Mainland Regional High School student was arrested after a toy gun was found in his backpack. The unidentified student was charged with possession of an imitation firearm in an educational setting by Linwood Police, after checking his locker for weapons. The student, who lives in Somers Point, was later released into the custody of his parents.
