New Jersey recorded a state low for voter turnout this year. Final numbers show that only 36 percent of the state came out to vote, which is the lowest in state history when a federal election took place. U.S. Senator Cory Booker is one of the more popular politicians and know nationwide, but the race didn’t connect in New Jersey. Booker easily defeated Jeff bell in the November election.
