A 17-year-old was involved in a single vehicle accident in Lower Township. Police there say they found a 1995 Nissan that struck a tree head on. An investigation found that the vehicle was heading east bound when it crossed the center line and continued into the tree. The drivers sustained serious injuries and was unconscious when officials arrived on the scene. The teen was listed in critical condition at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. The circumstances surrounding the cause of the accident are still being investigated.
