LOWER TWP. COPS BUST DRIVER ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

Lower Township Police have charged a 50 year old man with being in possession of pot following a road range incident. Police say they charged Joseph Passio of Philadelphia with being in possession of marijuana after police stopped Passio on Saturday. Passio had been involved in a road rage incident in Middle Township before the traffic stop in Lower Township. Passio was released on his own recognizance.
