Lower Township will hold a substance abuse forum, “A Community Approach to a Growing Problem,” Monday, Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. at Township Hall, 2600 Bayshore Rd, Villas. The symposium will feature an update on the level of substance abuse in the township from County Prosecutor Robert Taylor and Lower Township Police Chief William Mastriana. Lower Cape May Regional School District Superintendent Christopher Kobik will address substance abuse prevention in township schools.
