LOWER TOWNSHIP TO CLOSE DOUGLASS PARK AND BEACH DRIVE

Lower Township Police have announced that Douglass Park and Beach Drive will both be closed on Friday due to the upcoming fireworks display.  Police say there will be an abundance of foot traffic in the neighborhood, so the Park will be closed on Thursday at 10pm and reopen on July 4th.  There will be “No Parking” signs along Beach Drive on Friday from 2pm-11pm to allow for the set up of vendors’ merchandise.
