LOWER TOWNSHIP SEES SPIKE IN CAR BURGLARIES

The Lower Township Police Department responded to several car burglaries and thefts from motor vehicles over the past four days. A large portion of the incidents were isolated to the west side of Bayshore Road in the Villas section of the Township. Police are asking residents to be mindful when leaving their vehicles, ensuring they are locked at all times. At this time, the vehicles targeted were unlocked and valuables were in view. The Lower Township Police Department is asking that all residents be vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately to 609-886-2711.
