LOWER TOWNSHIP SCHEDULED TO TAKE FINAL VOTE ON BUDGET MONDAY

Final approval of a budget is expected to come in Lower Township. Council is scheduled to vote on the budget on Monday night at 6 p.m. during its regular scheduled meeting. There has been an effort there to cut the budget and the proposal tax increase. The hope would be that the increase would be brought under two cents on the tax rate. Council will also vote on adding cameras to three of the police vehicles in the township.
