Local law enforcement will be training at an area school on May 3. The Lower Township Police Department, along with the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, will be conducting a multi-agency School Safety Drill at the Richard M. Teitelman School. The school security drill will include first responders; including several law enforcement and emergency response agencies. The law enforcement agencies involved have worked very closely with the school administrators to be prepared for all emergency situations. Residents should expect to see additional law enforcement and emergency responders in the community on this day.
