LOWER TOWNSHIP POLICE SEEKING MISSING “AT RISK” FEMALE

Lower Township Police have issued an advisory about an “at risk” female who is reported missing.  Police say the woman is Donna Gallner, who was last seen wearing black yoga pants with white skulls, and an orange tshirt.  Gallner has a tattoo of the name “Charlie” on her neck.  She was last seen in the Villas, and could be headed to Wildwood.
