The Lower Township Police Department made several promotions during the Township Council meeting on January 3rd. Two of the promotions were in house, to the positions of Sergeant First Class and Corporal. The officers who were promoted were John Chew, Donald Vanaman, Robert C. Smith Jr., Charles Ryan, and John Armbruster, Jr.
