Lower Township Police issued an advisory Sunday morning for a missing child. Police say 12 year old Louis Merino Vargas is missing; he is described as a white-hispanic male, standing about 5’4″ tall, with black eyes and black hair. Vargas was last seen at the Wawa in North Cape May.
