Lower Township Police issued a missing persons alert for 12 year old Douglass Haggerty, Jr. Police say he was reported missing early Monday morning and was last seen Saturday afternoon in North Cape May wearing black pants and riding a silver bike. Police have issue a picture of the missing boy. Police announced Monday afternoon that Haggerty was found safe and sound.
