LOWER TOWNSHIP POLICE INVESTIGATE ROBBERIES

Lower Township Police are continuing their investigation into a string of robberies that have occurred in the township recently.  Police say early Tuesday morning near a CVS pharmacy in the Villas a man who was returning a video to a machine was struck in the face by another man who grabbed his wallet and fled the scene.  Another incident took place on Langs Avenue when a man walking home from the CVS was approached by a man who demanded his wallet.  The suspect remains at large; contact Lower Township Police if you have any leads.
