LOWER TOWNSHIP PASSES BUDGET WITH ZERO INCREASE

A final budget in Lower Township is going to make township residents happy. Council there officially passed their 2012 budget with a zero tax increase. It is the second time in three years that the township has kept the tax rate even. Manager Mike Voll said the council worked very hard to provide a fiscally responsible budget for its taxpayers.
