Lower Township Mayor Frank Sippel announced that he has formed a task force to help small business recover from the coronavirus pandemic. Sippel says Deputy Mayor Dave Perry and Township Administrator Jim Ridgeway will lead the task force. A conference call will be held Monday with state representatives.
