The Lower Township Council meets Monday evening and has an ordinance for consideration that would designate cannabis retail and delivery licenses in the GB-1 and Industrial zoning districts. A second reading of the ordinance is scheduled for July 6th. Council may also set annual fees for licensing and registration for these types of businesses.
