A teenager from the Villas was slapped with drug charges after Lower Township Police found marijuana inside his vehicle during a traffic stop Sunday night. Police say they charged 19 year old Christopher Digennaro for being in possession of the drug during a routine traffic stop along Fulling Mill Road. Digennaro was charged with various drug possession offenses and released on his own recognizance.
