Members of the Lower Cape May Regional High School lacrosse team put down their sticks and picked up rakes and barrels on Monday to help an elderly Lower Township resident who is suffering from cancer to clean up her property. CoastSportsToday.com reports exclusively that the efforts were through the HEADStrong Foundation. Players and coaches led by Coach Chris Boyle did the service work because the woman could not do the work herself, or afford someone else to do it for her.
