Tuesday will mark the 20th anniversary of the loss of Lower Township Police Officer David Douglass. The Township will honor Douglass and his service to his community on Tuesday with a flag raising ceremony at 10am at the Town Bank Fire Company where he served. All flags in the Township will be lowered to half mast to honor Douglass who was shot and killed by a burglary suspect in North Cape May.
