Lower Township Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Saturday evening and arrested a man on drug charges. Police stopped a vehicle driven by Joshua Harris in the Villas and found a controlled dangerous substance, suspected marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia inside his vehicle. He was taken to the Cape May County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
