LOWER TOWNSHIP CHAMBER PREPARING FOR JUNE BLOCK PARTY

A new event is coming to Lower Township this year. A block party is going to be held on June 5. Lower Township Chamber of Commerce President Sherri Hemmingway says the chamber is still working on bringing in all the necessary vendors for the first ever block party in the township. The chamber annual hosts the very popular Hospitality Night, and is now working on this Block Party. Hemmingway said the block party is going to start on Village Dr. and proceed north on Bayshore Rd. up until Tennessee Ave. The event is scheduled for June 5, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
