Two men have been arrested on charges that they allegedly stole an air conditioner unit from a property located on Caroline Avenue in the Villas. The alleged incident occurred on Monday morning. Police identified the suspects as 48 year old David Flick Sr. and 22 year old David Flick Jr; both men were arrested and their vehicle was impounded.
