Lower Township’s Council meeting could have a good crowd Monday night as Council attempts to pass on second reading an ordinance that deals with dogs and other issues on the beach. An ordinance to revise Chapter 178 dealing with this contentious issue will be voted on by Council Monday evening. Council is also expected to approve a resolution for a separation agreement between the Township and Police Captain Thomas Beeby.
