The Lower Township Police Explorers Post # 1800 has been reestablished by members of the Lower Township Police Department.
Law Enforcement Exploring is a nationally renowned program that emphasizes career orientation experiences, leadership opportunities, and community service activities. As well as instilling strong moral and ethical values. Law Enforcement Exploring introduces the Explorer to various aspects of Law Enforcement, such as Patrol Procedures, Criminal Investigation, First Responder, and Police Communications. Exploring affords the opportunity for hands on experience in both training and practical use.
This is done safely under the direction of experienced Law Enforcement Officers. The Lower Township Police Explorers Program is open to young men and woman ages 14 (and completed the 8th grade) through 20 with an interest in learning more about careers in the field of Law Enforcement.
If you have any questions regarding the program or meeting dates, time, and locations contact School Resource Officer Michael Perry of the Lower Township Police Department, (609) 884-3475 ext. #308.
