LOWER GIRLS COACH GETS 100TH WIN ON SATURDAY

On Saturday the Lower Cape May Girls basketball team defeated Colts Neck 61-40 at Mainland’s War vs. The Shore showcase event. The victory was the 100th carer win for head coach Scott Douglass, whose overall record is 100-76. The win was the fifth straight for the Lady Tigers who are 17-1 on the season. Lower’s next game is an important Cape-Atlantic National Conference game against Middle Township on Tuesday. The contest will be broadcast live on 98.7 FM radio.
