LOWER COPS CATCH MAN WITH GUN ON NJ TRANSIT BUS WEDNESDAY

Lower Township Police arrested a Villas man who boarded a New Jersey Transit bus with a loaded handgun Wednesday morning.  Police apprehended 50 year old Decarlo Fleming who was removed from the bus and fled on foot when police questioned him about the weapon.  Fleming was transported to the Cape May County Jail where authorities found drugs in his possession.
