Lower Township Police have arrested a local man on charges that he attempted to break into multiple vehicles this week. Police charged 36 year old Robert W. Reed with attempting to break into vehicles as he walked down the street and pulled on door handles of cars, attempting to get in them. Reed was charged with criminal attempt and burglary; he also had two outstanding warrants from Camden County.
