LOWER CAPE MAY BEATS WILDWOOD CATHOLIC IN BOYS HOOPS

Lower Cape May won its first game of the basketball season by knocking off Wildwood Catholic, 46-37 in a game broadcast live on WCZT 98.7..the Coast.  The Caper Tigers got 19 points from Vance Matthews as they picked up their first win of the season.  This game at the Ocean City PBA Tipoff Classic was really the second game for Lower Cape May; the Caper Tigers started the season at home Friday night against rival Middle Township, but that game was suspended in the first quarter due to a wet floor.
