LOW LEVEL OFFENDERS TO BE RELEASED FROM COUNTY JAILS

Low level offenders will be released from county jails this week.  Governor Phil Murphy announced Monday that this move is being done to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.  He says New Jersey will be the first state to do so.
