A New Jersey lawmaker thinks we should have a lottery system in place to help with student loan debt. Assemblyman John Burzichelli is going to introduce a bill that would take all of the winnings from a lottery towards college debt. The lawmaker noted that some people are getting so straddled with debt when they leave college they have a tough time succeeding. The plan would also call for smaller polls and better chances of winning.
