An Atlantic City murder formally has a suspect. An indictment was handed down against Luis Lopez in the stabbing death of Craig Giatto. Lopez was indicted for murder and weapon possession charges. Lopez faces the potential of lie in prison and up to $200,000 in fines. The incident in question took place on Sept. 10 at the Sunny Side Motel in Atlantic City. Lopez remains in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $150,000 bail.
