LONGTIME CONGRESSMAN RUSH HOLT TO CALL IT QUITS

He says he’s had enough.  Longtime New Jersey Congressman Rush Holt announced that he will not seek re-election to his seat in November.  Holt becomes the third member of Congress from New Jersey announcing intentions not to stay in office.  Holt is a democrat who serves the 12th District.  He was first elected in 1988.
