The Delaware River and Bay Authority is being sued by five men who worked for the Cape May Lewes Ferry who say they were passed over for jobs due to their ages. The lawsuit was filed on November 26th in federal court after the men applied for full time jobs and were passed over for younger hires. The men who filed the suit are Shawn Bulifant of Cape May Court House, Christopher Vernon of North Cape May, Gary Hughes of North Wildwood, James McClintock of Wildwood, and Daniel Loper of Cape May. The plaintiffs range in ages from 44 years old to 63 years old.
