Some more local towns are now allowing seasonal rentals to begin Monday, and short term rentals to begin on June 1st. Cape May has an executive order issued on its website permitting this activity; Avalon has a letter from Mayor Marty Pagliughi on its website as well. As of now, at least Cape May, the Wildwoods, Stone Harbor, Avalon, and Sea Isle City will all allow seasonal rentals as of Monday morning.
