LOCAL OFFICIALS PREPARE FOR COAST GUARD FESTIVAL IN MAY

Cape May County was designated as a Coast Guard Community some months back and a big celebration is being planned. A festival will be held with the Coast Guard Training Base in Cape May May 8 to 10. Cape May County officials are working with the City of Cape May and the Coast Guard on finalizing plans for the big festival. One of the aspects of the festival will include the chance for people to see some parts of the Coast Guard Training Center and to better understand what takes place within the facility.
