LOCAL MAN CHARGED WITH IDENTITY THEFT IN CAPE MAY

A 42 year old man from West Cape May has been arrested and charged with identity theft.  Cape May Police arrested Delfino Antonio Banos-Martinez and charged him with using someone else’s identity for personal gain.  The arrest happened on July 24th.  The suspect was taken to the county jail on $50,000 cash bail, and charged with various offenses.
