Lawmakers from our 1st Legislative District want to help farmers throughout the Garden State during this Covid-19 crisis. They have proposed a new bill that would require the state to spend $1 million with New Jersey farmers, with food purchased going to help the less fortunate. They say the fallout to New Jersey farmers has been “devastating”.
