Sen. Jeff Van Drew and Assemblyman Bob Andrzejczak on Tuesday called on elected officials from throughout New Jersey to voice their support for police officers following the deaths of two New York City police officers on Saturday. The lawmakers said the horrific murders of police officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos showed the dangers officers face daily protecting public safety.
