LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVIST RUTH FISHER, 86

An environmental activist who was a frequent outspoken critic at local government meetings has passed away at the age of 86.  Ruth Fisher of South Dennis passed away last week.  Fisher was active in many local environmental organizations and frequently attended freeholder meetings, questioning leadership on environmental issues.  Services will be held on Saturday.
