Republican Representative Frank LoBiondo will be presented the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Enterprise Award for his pro-business record during the first session of the 111th Congress. Congressman LoBiondo will receive the award at the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Legislative Update Luncheon on August 19.
