A $3 million plus award was made in West Cape May on Tuesday. Congressman Frank LoBiondo was among those in attendance for the check presentation to Mayor Pam Kaithern. LoBiondo was on hand as Borough officials announced some major federal funding that will be applied to water system upgrades and the extension of current sewer mains. Officials from the United States Department of Agriculture were also on hand for the media event.
