For the second consecutive election, New Jersey Congressman Frank LoBiondo faces a primary challenge in his second congressional district. The 64-year old LoBiondo will seek his ninth, two-year term in Congress later this year if he’s able to secure his party’s nomination on Tuesday. LoBiondo is being challenged by Donna Ward, and Linda Biamonte. Voter turnout in part of LoBiondo’s district–Cape May County–is expected to be heavier than usual thanks to a contested primary election for two freeholder seats.
