Cape May Police say they have a man in custody they believe robbed a liquor store in the city. Joseph A. Monzo, age 19, of Cape May, was arrested on January 10 at 4:05 PM on charges related to the Burglary of Colliers Liquor that took place on December 24, 2014. Monzo was charged with Burglary, Theft of Moveable Property, and Criminal Mischief. Monzo posted bail and was released with a court date.
