LEGISLATION CONSIDERED THAT COULD BAN PHOTOS OF KIDS, WITHOUT CONSENT

A new law could outlaw photos or videos be taken of children without parental consent. The Assembly Judiciary Committee considered the bill on Thursday. No final vote was taken there are many concerns with the legislation. Lawmakers aren’t sure the bill would be upheld if challenged in court. The idea is to cut down of the potential of people using the video or picture for inappropriate purposes.
