LAWYERS GIVE STATE GETS BILL FOR ARC TUNNEL WORK

A Washington D.C. law firm has made out quite well in recent months doing work for the state of New Jersey. A $330,000 bill was given to the state, according to the Star-Ledger, for legal work defending the state from having to pay for the ARC Tunnel project. The federal government wants the state to repay $271 million once the project was canceled. The bill was for the month of December.
