The first lawsuit has been filed in connection with the meningitis outbreak connected to bad steroid injections. 55 year old Andre Gould of Millville is seeking $50,000 in damages after she received an injection for neck pain and then contracted meningitis. 32 people have died as a result of the tainted injections.
