A civil lawsuit has been filed against the Tropicana Casino & Resort alleging that hotel security recklessly threw out intoxicated customers from their hotel room, leading to an accident that killed two people on the Atlantic City Expressway. The lawsuit was filed by the mother of the deceased boy and three other passengers. The suit alleges that security ejected two intoxicated adults at 5:30 a.m. this past June 20th, along with three youngsters and a 4-year-old boy. Roselyn Kornegay, 45, of Philadelphia, was allegedly intoxicated when the pickup truck she was driving hit a guardrail and rolled over, killing the boy and James Dennis, 35. Kornegay is facing several charges, including two death-by-auto charges.
