LAWMAKERS TRIES TO GET MARIJUANA RULES CHANGED

The senator that proposed medical marijuana legislation wants to repeal the rules. Sen. Nicholas Scutari said the rules are too restrictive and don’t allow all of the necessary people the right to access the drug. Scatari plans on introducing a bill that would repeal the rules placed by Gov. Chris Christie, because he believes the measure is not being used as originally passed and intended.
