LAWMAKERS PROPOSAL WOULD MAKE “UPSKIRTING” ILLEGAL

A bill is being considered in New Jersey that would make it illegal to record or photograph a person’s underwear. The proposal says it is an invasion of privacy to hide a camera and capture these images.The bill would also make it a third-degree crime to take those images and share them if it was acquired without permission.
